Ted (TheWizard) Potter Jr (OWGR #246) and Dustin Johnson (OWGR #1) were tied for the 54 hole lead at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Most of the money would be wrong with the tournament outcome. Despite a bogey on his last 2 holes on Saturday and a 3 putt bogey on Sunday’s first hole, Potter would eventually take the lead and not look back. He finished 17 under and 3 strokes ahead of the group tied for 2nd (Johnson, Phil Mickelson, Jason Day and Chez Reavie) for his second Tour victory.

The European Tour was down in Perth Australia for the Match Play event – ISPS Handa World Super 6. The winner was Kiradech Alphibarnrat who beat John Nitties 2 and 1 in the final match.

Mark Calcavecchia won his 4th Champions Tour victory at the Allianz Championship. Calcavecchia held on as Berhard Langer bogied his last two holes to finish two strokes behind.
