So now he has another 2 weeks to get his game back in shape before heading over to Liverpool for the “OPEN.” Whether you like or dislike him, he does put golf back in the limelight when he plays.

Justin Rose went on to win the tournament despite botching his 2nd shot on the 18th to eventually bogie the whole and end up in a tie with Shawn Stefani. The first playoff hole allowed Stefani to “one up” Rose by also botching his 2nd shot on 18 in similar fashion to hand the win to Rose.

Other Tour Results: Stacy Lewis won her 3rd title this year. The Razorback won virtually a home game in Arkansas. Bernard Langer also added to his multi win list by taking the Senior Players Championship from Jess Sluman in a playoff. Greg Owen posted his first Web.com tour win and Fabrizio Zanotti (who you ask?) won the European BMW International in a four way playoff. Zanotti is from Paraguay and the first from his country to win a European tour event.
