The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is a 2 man team event. Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay teamed up and they combined to post a 29 under 259 to win the event by 2 strokes over the team of Sam Burns and Billy Horschel. The 259 score was a tournament record.

On the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, the ISPS Handa Championship in Spain was being held. Pablo Larrazabal shot -15 to win by 1 stroke over Adrian Otaegui.

The LPGA was in California for the DIO Implant LA Open. Nasa Hataoka ran away with the victory by carding a -15 and a 5 stroke finish ahead of Hannah Green.
