Jeongeun Lee won the U.S. Women’s Open in Charleston, SC. It was her firs time at the Open and she made it her first Major win. The 23 year old rookie finished 6 under for a 2 stroke victory over Angel Yin, So Yeon Ryu and Lexi Thompson.

Unlike last year at the Memorial where Patrick Cantlay took a 2 stroke lead into the back 9 on Sunday and failed to hold the lead, this year he got the job done to win at Jack’s place. He shot a 64 on Sunday to be Adam Scott by 2 and Martin Kaymer (the 54 hole leader) by 4.

Guido Migliozzi, a European Tour rookie, now has 2 wins under his belt as he was victorious at the Belgium Knockout event.
