Jordan Spieth drops a 28 foot bomb on the 3rd playoff hole to win the Valspar Championship. This is Spieth’s 2nd PGA Tour victory. His playoff win came as neither Patrick Reed or Sean O’Hair (yes, he still plays on the tour) couldn’t match the birdie.  Reed had some heroics himself as he knocked in a 30 footer on the 72nd hole just to get into the playoff at minus 10.

What’s in your bag?  We constantly look to improve our game by buying new equipment. But is that really the answer. According to Brandt Snedeker, that isn’t the case with him. He plays with a 4 year old set of irons, a 5 year old driver and a 9 year old putter. The trade in value for the driver/putter combo is a whopping $34.  I was the golf store over the weekend playing around with new putters to replace my 2 ball putter. I guess I can hold on to the putter for a few more years now.
