Si Woo Kim at the age of 21 became the youngest player ever to win the Players Championship. He also became the second South Korean to win the title (KJ Choi i 2011 was the first). He played the back 9 on Sunday as if it were just a walk in the park to beat Ian Poulter and Louis Oosthuzien by 3 strokes to finish 10 under.

To fill the last spot at the upcoming LPGA Tour’s Shop Rite Classic, the tour took to Twitter and had a fan poll to vote on the which golfer would get the last spot. The winner of the fan Twitter poll is Sharmila Nocollet, an Indian professional playing on the European Ladies Tour. She received 39% of the over 27 thousand votes. Coming in second was Blair O’Neal at 30%. Third place at 25% was Scottish golfer Carly Booth.
