The award goes to Jin Young Ko. She outbirdied Nelly Korda on Sunday to win the CME Group Tour Championship and the title of Player of the Year. Ko shot a career low 63 on Sunday leading to a tournament record 23 under par for the win and title.

Colin Morikawa became the first American to win the European Tour’s season long Race to Dubai with his win at the DP World Tour Championship. (The European Tour was rebranded on Nov 9, 2021 at the DP World Tour.)

The PGA Tour wrapped up the fall season with the RSM Classic. Talor Gooch won his first tour event with a 22 under finish and a 3 stroke lead.
