As tradition calls for, after Jin Young Ko won the ANA Inspiration, she jumped into the pond to celebrate. Ko had a comfortable lead going into the back nine on Sunday. However, it started to dwindle as she stumbled until she made a key birdie on 16 to propel her to the win. She ended up with a 3 stroke victory of Mi Hyang Lee. This was Ko’s 4th victory and 1st Major in her second full year on tour.

Corry Conners made the Valero Texas Open field through the Monday Qualifier. Conners made 3 birdies in his last 5 holes to win the event by 2 strokes over Charley Hoffman. The win gets Conners into the Masters this weekend.
