Inbee Park has now won the last three Women’s PGA Championships. This year’s event was held at the Westchester Country Club. Only one one other woman has accomplished this feat – Annika Sorenstam (2003-2005) since the inaugural event in 1955. Park has now won 6 majors (5 of the last 12). And, by the way, she also returned to the #1 slot in the Women’s World Rankings with the win.

PGA Tour: Fabian Gomez posted his first PGA Tour win at the St Jude’s Classic in Memphis, TN. He pulled away from a tie on top of the leader board at the beginning of the 4th round to post a 4 stroke victory over Greg Owen. With a 65 on the closing round, Phil Michelson ended up in 3rd place.

Champions Tour: It was a runaway victory for Bernhard Langer at the Senior Players in Belmont MA.

He polished off the field with a 6 stoke win.

Web.com Tour: The Rust-Oleum Championship in Westlake, OH was won by Shane Bertsch. This was his 3rd Web.com victory and his first win in over 10 years.

European Tour: Chris Wood won the Lyoness Open in Atzenbrugg, Austria by 2 strokes over Rafa Cabrera-Bello.

Symetra Tour: Jimin Kang was the victor at the rain-shortened Decatur-Forsyth Classic. Rain washed out the final 2 rounds of the event.
