Hideki Matsuyama continued his extraodinary play with a 2 stroke victory over Henrik Stenson at the Hero World Challenge. This was Matsuyama’s 4th victory in his last 5 worldwide starts. Some guy by the name of Woods who hosted the event finished 15 out of the 17 who completed the event (J Rose pulled out after day 1 with a back ailment).

Harold Varner III won the Australian PGA Championship with a -19 for a 2 stroke win over 3rd round leader Andrew Dodt. This was Varner’s first major professional tour victory.
