Adam Scott entered Sunday’s round in a three way tie for the lead with Matt Kuchar and Rory McIlroy. Riviera showed how tough it can be as the crowded leader board all stumbled (some more than others). Scott had a few hiccups but with a birdie on 17, he moved his lead to 2 strokes at the end over Kuchar, Sung Kang and Scott Brown. There was 5 golfers tied for 5th (McIlroy, Hideki Matsuyama, Bryson De Chambeau, Max Homa and Joel Dahmen. This was Scott’s first win since 2016.

With the wind blowing hard, Inbee Park used a low ball flight and a hot putter to win her 20th tour event at the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open.
