The Sony Open came down to two on Sunday – Brandt Snedeker and Fabian Gomez.  By shooting a 62, Gomez tied Snedeker and forced a playoff. Both had par on the first playoff hole (the 18th). When they replayed it for the second time, Gomez was able to post a birdie and Snedeker could not match it. This was the 2nd win on the PGA Tour for Gomez.

The only other Pro Golf event going on last weekend was the JoBurg Open which was won by Haydn Porteous by 2 strokes over Zander Lombard.

This week we will see more action as the PGA Tour, Euro Tour and Champions Tour are all in action.
