Sunday’s back 9 at the WGC – Mexico Championship had some really exciting drama as Dustin Johnson let a 4 stroke lead dissipate and fall 1 stroke behind Jon Rahm. At one point, there were as many as 8 golfers within quick striking distance of the lead. Rahm three putted both 16 and 17 to let Johnson reclaim the lead and he held on for a 1 stroke victory over fast closing Tommy Fleetwood and 2 strokes over Rahm and Ross Fisher. 

Tshwane Open in Waterkloof South Africa was won by Dean Burmester for his first Euro Tour victory.

Inbee Park put on a show on the greens at the HSBC Women’s Champions event in Singapore. She shot a final round, course record 64 for a 1 stroke victory over Arija Jutanugarn.
