Suzann Pettersen broke a 19 month winner’s drought by posting her 15th win on the LPGA tour at the Manulife Classic in Cambridge, Ontario. She has been battling a variety of issues but was able to play through the wind to notch the victory. PGA Tour: David Lingmerth showed that he can be cool under pressure as he knocked off Justin Rose in a 3 hole playoff at The Memorial in Dublin, Ohio. This was Lingmerth’s first PGA tour victory.

European Tour: Alexander Noren won the Nordea Masters in his home country of Sweden. This was his 2nd Nordea Masters title. He beat Soren Kjeldsen (last week’s Euro Tour winner) by 4 strokes.

Champions Tour: The Principal Charity Classic in Des Moines, Iowa was the site of Mark Calcavecchia’s third Senior Tour win after posting 15 PGA Tour victories. Having broken a few clubs in the prior Champions Tour event, he stopped in a local sporting goods store and picked up a new putter. Who says the Pros need specially created equipment?
