The PGA Tour for its last event of the 2020 year was down at the Mayakoba Golf Classic at Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Viktor Hovland came from behind to post 20 under to win the event by 1 stroke over Aaron Wise. Finishing 3 strokes behid were Adam Long and Tom Hoge. Second and Third Round leader Emiliano Grillo fell off with a +1 for the Fourth Round to finish in a tie for 8th place. This was Hovland’s 2nd tour win. He previously won the Puerto Rico Open.

Christian Bezuidenhout went back-to-back on the European Tour to win the South African Open after he won the Dunhill Championship last week.

The European Tour also had another event being played – Golf in Dubai Championship. Antoine Rozner picked up his first tour victory by posting a -25 for the win.
