Congrats to Aussie Marc Leishman on his win at the Bay Hill Club. Arnie would have been very pleased to shake his hand on the 18th green given the issues Leishman and his family have endured over the last 2 years (when he almost lost his wife and had thoughts of giving up the game to be with family). Now he has a red cardigan and gets the chance to win a green jacket in two weeks.

Hot times in the desert was the name of the game for Anna Nordqvist. She posted a -25 to win the Bank of Hope Founders Cup at the Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort. She now holds the course record with her 61 in the 3rd round. Even with a great round, she had to birdie the 18th hole on Sunday to secure the victory.

The Champions Tour was at the Tuscon Conquistador-es Classic. Tom Lehman, had to birdie two of his last three holes to squeak by Steve Stricker who was making his Tour debut. This was Lehman’s 10th victory on the Champions Tour.
