Despite a slow start and a loss of a 3 stroke lead on the front 9, Sung Kang bobbled a bit on the back 9 before eventually pulling away from Scott Piercy and Matt Every for a 2 stroke victory at the AT&T Byron Nelson. Kang shot a 23 under 261 (including 61 on Friday).

At the Belfred British Masters, Sweden’s Marcus Kinhult birdied the last 2 holes to win by 1 stroke over Eddie Pepperell, Matt Wallace and Robert Macintyre.

Steve Stricker had to wait until Monday to play the 4th round at “The Tradition” for his win. Sunday’s round was a washout. He won the event handily by 6 strokes ahead of Paul Goydos, Billy Andrade and David Toms.
