Scottie Scheffler defended his title at the WM Phoenix Open and by doing so returned to the #1 spot in the Official World Golf Rankings. Scheffler shot a -19 to beat Nick Taylor by 2 strokes with many big names rounding out the top 10.  Last year, the WM Phoenix Open was Scheffler’s first win on tour. Now this was Scheffler’s 5th win in the last 364 days.
