The PGA Tour’s wraparound season has begun with the Safeway Open. Brendan Steele came from 4 off to post a -18 to beat 3rd round leader Patton Kizzire by 1 stroke at the rain-soaked Silverado Resort in Napa, CA.

It was no surprise that Emiliano Grillo was named the PGA Tour’s Rookie of the Year for the just concluded season.
