After we have determined
your preferred golf course and accommodation selections, we will check
availability for the golf course and accommodations as you requested. If
we have any problems we will contact you as soon as possible to lay
out your options. We will then notify you by email/fax/phone what
has been booked for your package. If any changes need to be made,
let us know immediately, so we can finalize your package. Your deposit
of $50 per person will be processed and a first confirmation will
be emailed to you.

Twenty-one days prior
to your arrival, after your final payment is processed, we will e-mail
your final confirmation.

We understand that
changes are sometimes necessary and we will do our best to accommodate
your request. However, as they are time consuming for us, we ask that
you please try to limit your changes to no more than two. After two
changes we may charge you $15 per change. PLEASE - no changes within
48 hours of arrival.

All area golf courses
have a no-show policy throughout the year, which means you forfeit
your money if you don't show up. If your group encounters inclimate
weather during your stay, SHOW UP AT THE golf course FOR YOUR TEE
TIME. The golf course makes the decision and may offer you a Rain Check
as compensation.
